Shipping
We only ship to the USA. and its territories, and Canada. During the checkout process you will see all shipping services with relative prices available for you to choose from. Please note that shipping during Holiday times can increase delivery time.
For deliveries outside of the USA and Canada, please contact us to receive further instructions.
We offer Free Economy shipping on orders over $7.99, shipped within the Contiguous 48 States. Based on actual weight, package dimensions and order destination, we will ship with one of the following services: USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Fedex SmartPost or UPS SurePost.
We may or may not offer Free Economy shipping on orders to be shipped outside Contiguous 48 States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other territories and APO/FPO), depending on weight, size and destination. The actual shipping rate applicable to your order will be displayed during checkout.
Please note that all shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you during checkout. You have the ability to change this address, during the checkout, should you need the delivery made to a different address (ex. your office). We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.
Please note that adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will try to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.
You will receive an e-mail with complete tracking information. To track your package, please visit the website of the chosen carrier and enter your tracking number.
Returns and refunds overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse or accept any return request made after this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must inspect the goods and notify us within 14 days upon receipt of your package of any dissatisfaction with your order. We will try to resolve any issues promptly and may be willing to fully refund the cost of any goods, excluding delivery charges, that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction. You will be liable for the costs of postage for the goods to be returned to us.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or card statement again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@veroespresso.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift store credit will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
Only upon our consent, you may ship the package to us, or ask us for a shipping label, which you can then print out and attach to your package for the return. Please note that the cost for the shipping label provided by us for the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Drop ship Policy
If you're a seller placing orders using your final customers' address as shipping address, unless you request it specifically, all our orders ship with detailed packing slip in the package. Such orders are NOT eligible for our return/exchange policy, and all sales are to be considered final.
